HOW DOES THE GRILLZ PROCESS WORK?

COMPLETELY BY MAIL:

STEP 1: - Take a look through our inventory of single, twin, quad caps, full sets, and more. Add your chosen caps, sets, and upgrades / extras to your cart. - Want something custom? - Click The "Get A Custom Quote" In the main menu.

STEP 2: - Add the most suitable mould kit to your order

STEP 3: - Once both your chosen mould kit and your chosen caps/grillz have been added to cart and purchased, your mould kit will be shipped to you.

(Shipping within Ontario, Canada: 1-3 Business days - All Other Provinces, Canada: 2-6 Business days
- USA: 3-10 Business days - Europe: 5-12 Business days - Rest Of World: Up To 14 Business Days) 

STEP 4: - Once you received the mould kit, follow the detailed instructions provided within showing you how to take a successful impression moulding. (Moulding instructions may sometimes arrive in the form of an email.)
when you've completed the moulding process, send pictures of your impressions our email: Hello@get-cappd.com and CC: info@get-cappd.com, with the subject "MOULD VERIFICATION - Order Number ", place your mould into the sealing bag provided, and await verification.

STEP 4: - Once we give the go ahead, send your mould kit back to us at the specified address. You will be responsible for shipping costs, and sending the impressions kit back to us. Once we receive the mould, it will then be inspected again. If your mould is good to go, we'll begin production.

IN-PERSON APPOINTMENT AND PICKUP:

STEP 1: - Take a look through our inventory of single, twin, quad caps, full sets, and more. Add your chosen caps, sets, and upgrades / extras to your cart. - Want something custom? - Click The "Get A Custom Quote" In the main menu.

If your mould is good to go, we'll begin production.

STEP 2: - Confirm your moulding appointment time, and your chosen caps/grillz have been added to cart and purchased. If you prefer to discuss your design during your moulding appointment/consultation, just book your appointment and checkout.

STEP 3: - Attend your appointment, finalize your design, make payment.

STEP 4: - Once your order is complete and ready for pick up, you will be notified by email. If you are not notified within 5 weeks of your moulding appointment, reach out to us via email: Hello@get-cappd.com

STEP 5: - Pick up your caps, try them on, take them home!

TURN-AROUND TIME

Production generally takes 2-5 weeks depending on the complexity of this piece (Diamond set pieces may take longer) .Once your caps/grills are ready, they will be shipped to you. Or, You will receive a notification to book your pick up date/time.
