FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBER 

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented individual with a passion for jewellery to join our team as our Front of House Team Member. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for our customers at our shops and pop-up events.

Additionally, you will handle email communications and assist with taking impression mouldings. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of professionalism, and an interest and/or knowledge of jewellery.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable during their visit to our shop or pop-up event.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring efficient time management and seamless customer flow.
  • Assist customers with any questions they may have about our jewellery products, services, or events, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Collect necessary information and guide customers through the mouth moulding process, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organised front desk area, ensuring it reflects our brand image and creates a professional atmosphere.
  • Monitor and manage the inbox, responding to customer inquiries and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and coordinated workflow, sharing important customer feedback or concerns.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our jewellery products, services, and events, effectively communicating key features and benefits to customers.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, following established procedures.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills, including the proper techniques for taking mouth mouldings.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail, hospitality, or reception, is preferred.
  • Previous experience in dental fields will be prioritized.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members.
  • Strong initiative, organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations, resolving customer issues or conflicts with empathy and efficiency.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in email and calendar management.
  • Comfortable with taking mouth mouldings, or willing to be trained in the process.
  • A genuine interest in and/or knowledge of jewellery is preferred, with an understanding of different jewellery types, materials, and styles.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer information and sensitive materials.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and occasional pop-up events.
  • A professional demeanour and a commitment to upholding brand standards at all times.

BENCH JEWELLER – GRILLZ 

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bench Jeweller with experience — or a strong passion — for custom grillz and fine jewellery to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the hands behind our brand, responsible for fabricating, finishing, and maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship on every piece we produce.

You will work closely with our design and front-of-house teams to bring custom visions to life, from initial casting to final polish. The ideal candidate is precise, reliable, and creative, with excellent problem-solving skills and a deep respect for quality and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Quality Control & Adjustments

    • Ensure all pieces meet our brand standards for fit, finish, and structural integrity.

    • Perform adjustments and repairs for in-progress or client-returned pieces as needed.

  • Tool & Equipment Operation

    • Safely and efficiently operate tools including handpieces, torches, polishing wheels, ultrasonic cleaners, and digital milling or printing equipment.

    • Maintain and calibrate equipment regularly to ensure consistent results.

  • Collaboration & Communication

    • Work closely with design and front-of-house teams to align on design intent, client specifications, and production timelines.

    • Provide technical feedback during the design process to improve durability and wearability.

  • Shop Organization & Maintenance

    • Keep your bench and the workshop clean, organized, and safe at all times.

    • Track inventory of materials like metals, stones, and consumables, notifying management when supplies run low.


Qualifications

  • Experience

    • Previous experience as a bench jeweller, goldsmith, or in fine jewellery fabrication is preferred.

    • Hands-on experience in jewelry production or dental lab settings is a strong asset.

  • Skills

    • Exceptional attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.

    • Strong knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and finishing techniques.

    • Competence in using hand tools, polishing equipment, and (ideally) CAD/CAM software.

    • Ability to problem-solve and adapt designs to ensure structural integrity and comfort.

  • Professionalism

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment.

    • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

    • Professional demeanor with clear communication skills.

RUNNER – PRODUCTION SUPPORT

We are need a reliable, organized, and proactive Runner to join our team. In this role, you will be the link between our workshop, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring materials, molds, and finished pieces move quickly and safely through each stage of production.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable navigating the city, and understands the importance of precision, timing, and professionalism in every interaction.


Responsibilities

  • Pickups & Deliveries

    • Transport waxes, castings, stones, and finished pieces between our shop, casting houses, setters, plating facilities, and shipping.

    • Ensure all items are handled securely and delivered on time, maintaining accurate delivery logs.

  • Production Support

    • Assist bench jewellers and the front-of-house team by sourcing materials, running errands, and organizing tools or supplies as needed.

    • Support inventory management by restocking materials and notifying the team when supplies are low.

  • Quality & Care

    • Verify items before delivery or pickup to ensure no damage or missing components.

    • Handle all items with care, maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

  • Communication & Coordination

    • Keep clear lines of communication with the production team about delivery statuses, delays, or urgent requests.

    • Coordinate with external service providers to ensure seamless workflow and scheduling.

  • Shop & Event Support

    • Assist with setting up and breaking down for in-store events, pop-ups, or photo shoots as needed.

    • Help maintain an organized and efficient workshop and front-of-house space.


Qualifications

  • Experience

    • Previous experience in a runner, logistics, or operations support role is preferred but not required.

    • Knowledge of jewellery production or dental lab processes is a plus.

  • Skills

    • Strong time management and organizational skills.

    • Clear communication and a professional demeanor in all interactions.

    • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.

    • Comfort navigating the city efficiently, using your own reliable transportation or public transit.

  • Other Requirements

    • Must be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy, especially when handling valuable items.

    • Ability to lift and carry small but sometimes heavy packages (up to ~25 lbs).

    • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends during high-volume production periods.
