Hours of Service

We are open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 

We are closed on Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday. 

Hours of operation: 11AM - 7PM.

We do not accept walk-ins, we work on an appointment basis only. 

Moulding & Collection Appointments

Instagram Direct Messages are used for booking/scheduling appointments and new enquiries ONLY.

If you haven't received a collection email 5 weeks after you've been moulded, feel free to email us for an update. 

We are a small team experiencing high levels of demand, our response time may be slower. Any attempts to contact us outside of the dates, times or platform will go unanswered. 

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

We require all clients to fill out an order form electronically, so we can specify exactly what you want. We can not start the process of your order without this form being completed. Failure to complete this form will result in delays in your order being processed.

For collection the store address and appointment details are sent to the email address provided by you when your collection appointment is booked. Failure to provide the correct email address will result in issues with collection.

After booking a collection slot, please wait for a confirmation email prior to coming to collect. 

Moulding kits will be sent out on the Friday of every week and will take up to 7 business days to arrive depending on your location. Grillz will be sent out 4-5 weeks after your moulding appointment once we receive your moulding kit back.

Collaborations & Influencers

We are currently not accepting any enquiries for free CAPPD services in exchange for influencer exposure at this time. If you would like to work with us in the near future please email us at info@get-cappd.com. 

Privacy

Please do not ask any members of staff for their personal information (phone number, personal social media or personal email addresses). We respect the right to your privacy and we expect the same back.
