ONLY BOOK YOUR COLLECTION IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN EMAIL OR DM TO COLLECT, AFTER YOUR INITIAL MOULDING. 
Spam booking collections/booking collections in hopes of getting moulded will get you blacklisted... It's not worth it, trust us!

Booking and payment is made to ensure both parties adhere to the chosen appointment times. Appointment bookings are non-refundable and any cancellations or adjustments must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time.  

By purchasing your slot, you agree to:

• Arrive within 15 a minute window of your booked time slot 
• Treat staff respectfully 
• Amend or cancel bookings at least 24 hours prior to the agreed upon time 

Please do not attend your collection if you are experiencing flu like symptoms.
